QHHT session with Carol - stayed in present lifetime and went through intense forgiveness processes; healing of the spine

Carol is a lovely lady with a bubbly personality. She came to me for a session in order to forgive, release and let go of harsh feelings about her mother that she carries around with her for years. 

It all started when she was 5 years old and her little brother Paul died. Everything has changed then. Sadness overtook the family and for that reason Paul was never mentioned again in hope that it will all go away. 

When she was 12, Carol overheard her mom saying to her friends that she wishes that it were Carol that died instead of Paul. This has absolutely killed Carol. All the love she had for her mom has died in that moment. She was growing up with a feeling of not being loved and wished upon gone.

In the same year Carol also found out that Noel was not her real dad and that her mom lied to her all this time. She was crushed. She absolutely loves Noel and he loves her unconditionally as she was his real daughter. The only love she ever experienced in the family was with Noel, her dad. She has also met Steven, her biological father and she really tried to have a father/daughter relationship but once again she was pushed away. She was very heart broken that her own parents don’t feel or show her love. She just couldn’t grasp this. 

Her first precious daughter was born when Carol was 17 and she was absolutely in love with her. Her mother was there when Hannah was born but didn’t show any affection. She also tried telling her how to look after the baby, which Carol refused, saying it is her baby and she will do, as she like. Carol would have liked for her mother to be there for her and the baby more often and she would of liked her to visit her and the baby, but she didn’t. The only “grandma time” was if Carol took the baby over to her.

The years have passed and Carol was still searching for love. She would give her whole self to people, friends, lovers; and she would get hurt every time. So she meets David and marries him. He was possessive alcoholic and there was a lot of abuse in the relationship. At the very beginning it didn’t bather her so much and all she wanted was to have her own children.

She had 3 more children with David and all of them were exposed to his abusive behavior. One day Carol decided that she has had enough and she changed all the locks in the house and locked him outside, sending him a clear picture that it’s over. She felt immediate freedom and realized that this was the best thing she’s ever done. All the children were relieved.

Moving to a present time, Carol has met Nick. They are in a very loving relationship and he is showing her love and trust. Children are also happy with them being together.

During the session, Carol wouldn’t move anywhere else but her present lifetime. I have tried moving her backwards on a few occasions but she kept seeing her present lifetime and all the homes she used to live in. It was obvious to me that the current problem is of this lifetime alone and not from the past lives. 

During the session she has visited all the breaking points of her life and we have experienced deep emotions, reasoning and purpose of all those. She has also experienced a death process of this lifetime, which is by heart attack in a very old age. 

As Carol was now on the spirit side I have asked her to look at the lifetime from that perspective and realize what is a lesson and the purpose of this lifetime. 

Carol: It doesn’t have to be all negative, it can all be positive. I need to let go. Let go of the pain people caused me. I need to forgive… I don’t know if I can forgive. I need to forgive mother for not loving me or showing me love. I want to do this now please. 

At this point, I have led Carol through a few Forgiveness Process towards certain people in her life, especially her mother and herself alone. It took a lot of effort and co-operation of conscious and subconscious mind to do these. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things human ego can allow in order to free the soul. There were a lot of emotions during this process as it is the most profound experience for the client.

After we have done these, I have called in her Higher Self to answer our questions. It was right there and ready to help with the simple “Hi!”.

Me: Why did you show her scenes from this lifetime?

Higher Self: She needed to see this lifetime in more detail. She needs to let go of those low emotions. She is able to let go but she hasn’t yet. She will soon as she is getting better. She needs to love herself. She will try and I (Carol’s Higher Self) will help her. I will help her by showing her positivity. She sees negative first because of the emotional pain. Nick is showing her the positive. She’s learning from him. Love is the strongest emotion, she can learn a lot from him.

Then I asked about the low feelings between her and her mother and it said that mother carries her own pain and doesn’t know how to show love because she was never shown love. They never had a past lifetime experiences together therefore there’s no karma from the past. This is their first lifetime together and it is only to teach Carol a lesson of love and forgiveness. By showing Carol no love, Carol has learned to love her own children more as well as other people. She can now see this as a positive lesson and is able to let go of low emotions. She has a positive perspective on that lesson now. 

We have done the Forgiveness Process one more time and I have asked her Higher Self to embed the feeling of this forgiveness into Carol’s heart so that she could let go and keep letting go.

The question about her biological father and Noel was also answered. She and Noel shared a previous loving lifetime together but it wouldn’t tell us the details. Biological father was making Noel look good by being a cold father. She has learned that other people that are not real family could love unconditionally and what the real father could be like.

About her rebellious daughter it said that this is a lesson for both of them. They both need to learn acceptance and understanding. They will be guided from “above” during this process to make it a more loving experience.

Me: What is Carol’s purpose in this lifetime?

Higher Self: She is a teacher. She must teach people honor. She’s good at it but she didn’t know that. Now she knows it. She will accept this as her life purpose and I will help her with that.

I asked about Carol’s spinal injury from a car accident. Her Higher Self said that it was necessary to 

have the damage; it was her feelings that caused it.

Me: Could you please heal her spine, as she doesn’t need its lessons anymore? And can you tell me how are you doing it?

Higher Self: I will try help to heal it. No, she doesn’t need it anymore. I’m healing her with her own light. It’s working hard. It’s going very slowly.

At this point I ask for quicker, faster and stronger healing, asking for all the help from the Light Beings in the Universe…

Higher Self`: The Light is very strong now. It’s still coming in. There’s tingling in the spine. It will continue the healing every night when she’s asleep for a couple of weeks until it’s all healed. Light enters through the tummy (Solar Plexus Chakra). She’s got the feelings of slight dullness in the spine. Everything can be fixed in the body if it was not operated, so yes, this is good.

I ask about all the medication Carol is taking;

Higher Self: Don’t use the Morphene patches. No Tramadol. Stop immediately. She can still take Femorol and Ibuprofen. She can carry on for 6 weeks and then ease back. Heat is helping her to ease the pain. I will cleanse her liver and the whole body after she stops. She needs to drink more water.

Here I also ask Higher Self to do a body scan and tell us if it finds any other problems. It has found a pressure behind the ear and the pain that is coming from the head. I asked for healing and it was done immediately.

I also ask about the heart, as we know she dies of heart attack at old age, so we can prevent or change that.

Higher Self: It’s minor. We can make the heart stronger by giving more light. She must follow the diet and eat less fat. I will help her with that. Her guides will also guide her to eat healthy. She’s got 7 guides.

I ask about her main guide and we are told it’s a “she”.  Here I ask the main guide to stay awake at all times and guide Carol at all time through her diet and healing of the body.

Me: Do you have a message for Carol?

Higher Self: We give you lots of love. Be true to yourself. Love yourself. I will help you to let go of the past and everything of the past. I will help you to forgive everyone you need to forgive, including yourself so you can move on. I will carry on the healing until it’s complete. It will take a few months.

Higher Self: She needs to move here soon (Lanzarote). I will guide her to it. It will be good for everyone and she will be on the right path.

It was time to bring her out now but I offered for her to stay a little bit longer as she was having an intense healing experience. This is always the most enjoyable and most uplifting part of the session.

After she was brought back up, she was feeling truly relaxed and at peace. She also said that she is feeling much better and thanked me for the session. 

I have seen Carol at the gathering a week after the session and she said her back isn’t hurting any more. It was sore for one day and the very next day the pain was gone again. So that is a good news. I will follow up in a few weeks again to hear how is she doing.
